Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients
2 cups almond milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
6 teaspoons chia seeds
4 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
Directions
In a medium bowl whisk almond milk, pumpkin puree, spices, brown sugar, syrup and vanilla extract. Add rolled oats and chia seeds and let soak overnight. Mix well and serve mixture in a bowl or glass jar, garnish with a tablespoon of the vanilla yogurt and lightly dust more pumpkin pie spice over the top.
